Updated 23 October 2026. This notice supplements WakeFeed's privacy policy for the optional feedback feature. Controller: PZB d.o.o. Contact: denis@z4.si.
WakeFeed does not send support reports automatically. You can use Free and Pro without sending one. When you review a report, agree and press Send, we receive your written description, app/build version, Android version and device model, network type/metering/roaming status, aggregate offline-media counts and sizes, running/paused state and recent technical errors. Generated error links, file paths, common credentials and email addresses are redacted on the device. No podcast media, playback history, account identifiers or purchase tokens are automatically included.
A screenshot is sent only if you select one. Its contents and your description may contain personal information: inspect them before sending. Images may retain metadata from the selected file; choose a clean screenshot rather than a photograph. The website form accepts a report JSON and optional selected image.
We use reports only for support, diagnosing bugs and improving reliability, not advertising or profiling. Reports travel over HTTPS and are kept in private server storage accessible to authorized maintainers. They are not published in public feeds or forwarded automatically to Telegram. Our hosting provider processes the data on our behalf.
Reports and screenshots are deleted after 30 days. You may request earlier deletion by emailing the report reference to denis@z4.si. A random report reference identifies the submission, not a persistent installation ID. The server processes source IP addresses for security/rate limits; daily salted hashes are kept for at most 2 days. Web-server access logs may contain IP addresses and are managed under the website's security/logging policy.
This voluntary submission is based on your consent. You can cancel before sending or request deletion afterwards. You may request access, correction or deletion and raise a concern with your data-protection authority. Android's Share alternative sends only the files you choose through the receiving app, whose own privacy terms apply.
